Oak View Group encourages all of its personnel to give back to our communities. Here at the Tribute Communities Centre, we are committed to partner with local non-profit organizations whenever and wherever possible.
In the past, we have partnered with non-profit organizations in conjunction with upcoming events, holding food or clothing drives, and regularly donating tickets as silent auction prizes.
If your non-profit organization would like our assistance, please submit a request on company or the organizing group's letterhead explaining the specific fundraising initiative you’re working on, with the subject line “Charitable Request” to William Balfour, Assistant General Manager and Director of Marketing & Sales at william.balfour@oakviewgroup.com.
In 2007, Oshawa council approved a policy that allows members of non-profit charitable organizations and community groups the opportunity to apply for the use of the City of Oshawa Community Suite or bowl tickets as a fundraising item. This is a great avenue to supplement organizations' fundraising efforts.
